Micron Technology operates two of its nine main facilities in Taiwan located on the island's west coast, approximately 200 miles from the epicenter of the 7.2 magnitude earthquake. It also operates a facility near Taipei, in northern end of the island. Short-term difficulties are believed to be more due to supply chain issues than the earthquake itself.
